Alas, I have found the magical unicorn of a day between Saturday and Sunday!
You know how we’re always needing an extra day of the week to get things done? We all have the same 24 hours in a day and seven days a week, right? That’s what I thought, too! I know…stay with me…
Saturdays and Sundays are usually reserved for errands, all the ‘stuff’ you couldn’t get to during the week, time with family and friends, some fun or just resting to gear up for Monday.
There is a ‘sweet spot’ in between, but you have to be a bit of a ‘night owl’ to capitalize on it. Imagine this: everyone is tucked in, the house is quiet; no one clamoring for your attention, nowhere to be, and a few uninterrupted hours of time to yourself!
Catch up on your reading or movies and multitask like a beast! This. Is. My. Jam!!!
We spend far too much time and energy squeezing in life around work; that’s not optimal living. Take back the night…and sleep in just a little later on Sunday.
Of course, as I write this, I’ve been up since the wee hours of the morning (because I just have to do ‘one more thing’), so at 7:29 a.m. Sunday morning…
