Dubsado is a business management platform that serves as a hub to house routine documents, systems, and processes, as well as other pertinent client information that helps to run your businesses smoothly.
It’s only been on my radar for a couple of years. I heard about it from other successful Black businesswomen, but only dove into it late last year. It may require a robust setup, depending on your level of usage, but it performs like a well-oiled machine when properly organized, and a wealth of training is available, both in house and by a variety of specialists.
I’m looking forward mastering it in order to provide it as one of my stand-alone or VIP services!

ConvertKit is my email service provider. It is a priority to have a line of communication between your business and your audience, and email marketing gives me that direct connection.
While social media has its importance, you do not have to be a victim of outages on their platforms, algorithms, censorship or how they can negatively impact the ability to reach your people.
I feel like the goal is to draw people into your community, and having a list is much like welcoming them into your neighborhood, where you can build levels of relationship.
